Blastborn

Opis w języku angielskim: Blastborn is a post-apocalyptic trading card game (TCG) in a print-and-play format, released for free in May 2025. Players take control of survivor factions in a devastated world, engaging in strategic duels for control of resources, relics, and territory. The game is available for download and home printing through its official website: https://blastborn.com. Blastborn combines resource management, tactical positioning, and custom deck-building. Each card represents soldiers, machines, upgrades, events, or locations—allowing for a variety of playstyles and both short- and long-term strategies. Games are played in turns, where every decision matters—from when to deploy troops to when to conserve resources for triggering key abilities. Victory is achieved by destroying all supply cards in the opponent’s logistics line. Once eliminated, the enemy is unable to sustain the conflict, resulting in their automatic defeat—even if units remain on the battlefield. Although already published, Blastborn remains in active development, with new cards, game modes, and balance updates planned over time. Its ongoing evolution is funded through voluntary donations via its official website, and a professionally printed edition is planned for the future with support from the community. Some of the artwork in Blastborn was generated using AI tools and later adapted to fit the game's setting. As development progresses, the plan is to gradually expand—and potentially replace—some of the current visuals by collaborating with human illustrators. —description from the designer
