Coupon Clipper is a drafting game where players will physically cut up sheets of coupons that are passed around the table. Any coupons cut loose they then keep, and at the end of the game each coupon scores based on the items they've collected. Whoever has the most points then wins.
On a turn a player makes 2 cuts to their sheet, plus 1 cut per bonus cut token spent. Any coupons they cut out they then must keep, and everything else gets passed to their left.
At the end of the game each coupon scores based on the set it belongs to. For example hot dogs and buns score based on how many pairs obtained, fireworks score for whoever collected the most, and coleslaw is worth negative points.
