Santa's Beard Ball is a Christmas-themed dexterity party game in which players toss balls at a teammate wearing Santa's beard and hat. Players split into two teams and take turns drawing Stunt cards, which specify a trick shot, a number of attempts, and a point value. The players wearing the beard and tossing the balls must switch roles each round.

A successful stunt scores the points shown on the card when the required balls stick to the beard. If the stunt fails but one or more balls stick to Santa's hat, the team scores 1 point instead. Once a team reaches 11 or more points, the other team takes its remaining turn for that round, if any. The team with the most points wins; tied teams play additional rounds until one pulls ahead.

In the three-player variant, players compete individually. Each turn, the tosser chooses an opponent to wear the beard and hat, choosing a different opponent each round. Both players score when a stunt succeeds. The first player to reach 11 or more points wins, with additional rounds resolving ties.
