Bailiff of Boscoop is a strategy game set in the late Middle Ages and Early Modern period in Rhineland, part of the county of Holland in what is now The Netherlands. 2-5 players take on the role of local families. Players perform actions in sequence. Family members may claim land. Some may rise to prominence as the founder of a village, as a judge, or as a local duck dealer. The family with the most land at the end of the game wins.
